Pre Order Down payments are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order. These deposits are used for program expenses.

 

One may choose to substitute or switch out an available bird for another during Open Coop Days, with the differences in cost due.

Birds purchased in full will be refunded to their down payment value, *minus a 4% processing fee subtracted from one's total bill, should the order be canceled by the customer. For example: birds purchased at $30 will be refunded at $20* per bird, at $35 refunded at $23*, and rare and specialty breeds purchased at $40 will be refunded for $25*

If one is not available during our open coop hours and has not reached out to us prior regarding alternative dates, the deposit would be retained by Haven for program expenses after three days.
