Fancy Americaunas

Our Fancy Easter Eggers or Americanas are more strikingly colored with individuals being buff and red with blue and silver accents,  black and white and combinations thereof. They offerer more color compared to our traditional black, red and browns Americauna or Easter Eggers.
 
Many of our birds have "cheeks", beards and muffs, though a few lack this trait. A small percentage may lay brown eggs. They are friendly, inquisitive and hardy dual-purpose birds.
 
Our traditional brown, red and black Americaunas-Easter Eggers have their own page here.  They should not be confused with the purebred Americana or Araucanas that can typically only be found through breeders at chicken shows.
