Americana -Easter Egger

This page has two differnt age options. Winter Hatched Birds Range in Age from 5.5 to 3 months of age. March Hatch  hatched mid to late March, further care should be taken when introducing the younger set to already established flocks .
 
Easter Eggers or Americanas come in a wide variety of colors and sizes laying blue-green and even pinkish eggs. Many of our birds have "cheeks", beards and muffs, though a few lack this trait. A small percentage may lay brown eggs. They are friendly, inquisitive and hardy dual-purpose birds.
 
Uncommon, more fancily colored, individuals cost an additional $5 for a total of $40
 
They should not be confused with the purebred Americana or Araucanas that can typically only be found through breeders at chicken shows.
