Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling can be done 48+ hours prior to pick-up. Under 48 hours provides challenges and incurs a rescheduling charge of $25. Cancelations of booked appointments with the failure to reschedule and pick-up hens by April 18th results in a forfeiture of deposit values for the hens purchased with the hens returning to the population for sale. The deposit value will be treated as a donation to the program.
