Black Crevecoeur

Crevecouer's are a French breed with a crest, top hat, like a Polish and a beard. We have found them to be a slightly heavier and sturdier breed that handles introductions to already establish flocks better. Like Polish they lay smaller white eggs. While the pullet pictured here is blue, our availible birds are largely black in color .
